October starts the last quarter of the year and it’s also when we might think things are too far gone. But, it’s not- use this time to finish the year like a BOSS! I’m gonna try this #last90days challenge and you should too!
1. Drink 1/2 your body weight in ounces of water.
2. Move for 30 minutes.
3. Wake up an hour earlier and do something for you (not empty the dishwasher).
4. Stop eating some shitty food you know you’re not suppose to.
5. Write at least 5 things you’re grateful for.
The boys are good as always and I’m just trying to be the best parent I can be!!
